Our Causes
We are passionate about protecting the endangered species and habitat of our native Namibia - with particular focus on the Namib Desert. This site is dedicated to connecting Rotarians to conservation projests of the many endagered species.
We encourage you to visit and experience first hand the amazing work conservationists are doing all over southern Africa.
If you are not able to visit please DONATE to support!
DESERT ELEPHANT
Elephant-Human Relations Aid (EHRA) Namibia has helped build peaceful relationships between free-roaming desert elephants and local communities in Namibia.
Water is a sparse resource in a desert country like Namibia - getting water for survival is problematic.
It becomes even more problematic when people share their water resources with wild roaming elephant.

BLACK RHINO
in ZIMBABWE
One of the most successful rhino conservation projects is located in the the south-west of Zimbabwe.
Rotarians sponsor a baby rhino -choose it`s name and participate in a special operation to mark the baby rhino!
This allows the rangers to track and identify individual rhinos.
